EQUION® Horse Supplement is vitamin, mineral supplement with Century Hill Industries'
Yeast Culture added. The carrier for these ingredients is dehydrated alfalfa. The
yeast culture that we manufacture aids the feed digestion in horses by increasing
the natural bacteria in the animals cecum which in turn breaks down the fiber and
makes more of the nutrients available to the animal.
When the Equion horse supplement is included in the ration, you will find that horses with a deficient red blood count will increase significantly within 2-3 weeks and the blood parameters will recover quickly after a race. In general, the yeast culture helps improve the overall health of the horse. The yeast culture is non toxic and has been tested by Standard Research clinic for mutagen's, drugs and antibiotics. The tests were negative.

I have been feeding the Equion horse supplement vitamins for 9 months and have been very pleased with the results. My seven year old thoroughbred/quarter cross mare had a lack of energy and was staying underweight. I could see a difference in her energy level within the first 2 weeks and was able to cut her feed by one-third within the first 2 months. Her hooves are staying in incredibly good shape and she is still calm in the warm up pen with good stamina in the working arena.

Symptoms to look for when your horse may need Century Hill E-Lytes
When the body's electrolyte levels are disturbed, your horse may have heart problems, his gastrointestinal system may not work properly, his muscles may develop cramps, and he may not even be able to think straight, because his brain may not function normally.
Signs of low electrolyte levels may include nervousness, fatigue, muscle tremors, and stiffness.
Signs of dehydration that you might look for are dry mucous membranes, sunken eyes, fatigue, high heart rate and respiratory rate that don't come down with proper cooling-out measures, weak pulses, skin tenting, or colic.
Look for poor capillary refill time (CRT). In order to determine the CRT, you will press the horse's gum lightly to cause blanching of the color, and determine how long it will take for the color to return. In the normal horse, this takes no more than 2 seconds.

For the hardworking horse, feed 2 ounces per head per day. Maintenance is 1 ounce per head per day.

How do I use Quick Start 2 Paste? Place the Quick Start Horse Supplement 2 Paste tube in the proper dosing gun and remove the cap.
